We scout vibrant locales across the globe in our quest to offer the design strength of a destination’s craftsmen, straight to you. The overall retail value of the MOSAIC box is up to $200.

Will I know what I will receive in the MOSAIC Box?

We will always offer a preview of the items in the upcoming box so that you can fully anticipate what you will be receiving.  Our goal is to have you travel through our selection and to stir the senses, offering a great MOSAIC brand experience.

How do I subscribe to MOSAIC Box?

It’s as simple as picking the subscription that works best for you. Click on the option of your choice and enter your contact and payment information and you will receive your MOSAIC box.

Can I give MOSAIC Box as a gift?

Yes, we would love to be your choice for a fabulous gift for someone special. It’s as simple as picking the subscription that works best for you. Click on the option of your choice and enter contact and payment information and they will receive their MOSAIC boxes.

Can I order more than 1 subscription?

Yes, you can. You will have to enter each order individually with the name and address for each subscription. You can have as many as you would like but you will have to order and check out each one separately.

How can I cancel my subscription?

We welcome any feedback in improving Your MOSAIC Box. Please simply cancel your subscription up to the last day of the previous month. If you have a monthly subscription, for example, you can cancel the July subscription box any time before the end of June. If you have, for example, a 4-month subscription for April, May, June, and July, you can cancel at any time until the end of July, before we charge you at the beginning of August for the next installment cycle.

We want you to be delighted with Your MOSAIC Box. We put a lot of thought into each box to carefully curate our best finds just for you. You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending a cancellation email to service@yourmosaicbox.com.


How am I billed?

Based on the subscription plan you select, you will prepay for monthly billing, for 4 months, for 6 months or for 12 months billing. All of our subscriptions automatically renew.


Can I return my MOSAIC Box?

We give you a preview of each box so you can view each item that has been selected just for you. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. If any product in the box is received damaged, you can send us an email at service@yourmosaicbox.com and we will find the right solution for you.
